Dentistry is a calling for me. I am the fifth generation in my family to join the healthcare field as a physician or dentist. My family’s passion to work with our hands in the health field has definitely been passed down to me. The most gratifying thing for me is knowing that my work is giving someone else a major health benefit. We know now that oral health is directly linked to total body health. My work improves people’s quality of life.
Education and Continuing Education
I attended Rhodes College for my undergraduate work. Then I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Since then, I have taken many continuing education courses to see that my patients receive the best care available.
It is important to me that you have a smooth and enjoyable journey to an incredible smile. I am up to date with all the newest technology and always looking for new and “outside the box” methods to deliver the best quality of dentistry.

In the Office
I care about your overall health, so I am 100% committed to providing you with the highest level of dental care that does not sacrifice your comfort. I am extremely happy with being a dentist because your unique needs make my job both interesting and challenging.
Your goals are always at the forefront of my work, and all treatments are personalized to fit you perfectly. I want to have you smiling from day one, and I strive to find ways to make that happen.
Outside the Office
I grew up in Mobile, but have been settled down in Foley for 34 years now. I am happily married to my wife Jackie, who is also our office manager. We have several children, including three sons named John, Jeff, and Zachary, and two daughters, Claire and Hannah. We also have a dog named Gizmo, a cat named Zane, and two birds. I like to spend my free time around the arts, especially photography, classical music, and some opera.
